At MonarchsBay, we ensure every timepiece is shipped securely, discreetly, and efficiently. We take great pride in providing a smooth delivery experience from the moment an order is confirmed to the moment it arrives at your door.


Shipping Methods


All watches are shipped via tracked, insured express courier services. We partner with reputable shipping providers such as DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS to ensure safe and timely delivery. All shipments are carefully packaged for protection and privacy.


Shipping Fees


Standard shipping is complimentary on all domestic orders.

For international buyers, MonarchsBay covers the cost of secure standard shipping.
If you require expedited international delivery, please contact us before placing your order so we can arrange a suitable express service and confirm the additional cost.


Shipping Timeframes


Watches are typically shipped within 1 to 3 business days following payment confirmation and final inspection.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes


For international shipments, buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties, VAT, or taxes levied by their country. MonarchsBay does not collect or include these fees at checkout. Please consult your local customs authority for estimates.


Signature and Security


All deliveries require an adult signature. We do not authorize unattended deliveries. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier will reschedule or arrange for collection at a secure location.


Address Verification


In some cases, we may require additional verification to ensure the order is legitimate and that the delivery address is authorized. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and will be handled promptly.


In-Person Appraisals


There is no need to ship your watch to us for evaluation. MonarchsBay maintains physical appraisal centers where clients can book in-person verification appointments. These centers are for appraisal and authentication only, not retail or drop-off services.


Lost or Damaged Shipments


All shipments are fully insured. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours. We will work with the courier and insurer to resolve the issue as quickly and fairly as possible.
