Users agree not to misuse or abuse the platform, including but not limited to:
Posting false or misleading listings
Attempting to circumvent MonarchsBay in order to deal directly
Interfering with another user’s listing, sale, or account
Uploading or transmitting any harmful software or content
MonarchsBay reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these conditions.
We strive for complete accuracy in every watch listing, including photographs, specifications, and condition reports. However, as most watches are consigned or pre-owned, minor variations may occur. Buyers are responsible for reviewing all details before purchase.

Prices are listed in the indicated currency and may be subject to change without notice. Full payment must be made before shipping. MonarchsBay reserves the right to cancel a sale due to pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraud.
We accept various secure payment methods, which may include wire transfer, credit card, escrow, or payment providers. In some cases, additional identity verification may be required.
All watches sold through MonarchsBay are subject to multi-point inspection and verification. Buyers receive tracking and insurance on all shipments. If an item is found to be materially different from the listing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Each return is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Accurately describe the watch, including condition, authenticity, and accompanying items
Provide truthful service history and disclosures
Ship the watch promptly when requested
Cooperate with authentication and appraisal processes
Failure to comply may result in listing removal, account restrictions, or legal liability.
Domestic shipping is covered by MonarchsBay. For international orders, standard shipping is also included. Buyers seeking expedited international delivery should contact us prior to purchase. All shipments are insured and require a signature.
